Jason Marquardt State Farm Agency is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a part-time receptionist and agency assistant.
As a part-time receptionist with State Farm Agent Team Member for Jason Marquardt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and client experiences. This is a part-time variable hour position based on the agency needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Answer phone calls, take messages via CRM system to pass along to licensed agents.
Process payments in-office and over the phone.
Send client documents via email and mail.
Assist with maintaining lobby appearance.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Reliability.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Good Typing Skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
