? To office in the Beaumont Corporate Office.
? Full-Time position, Monday Friday Office Hours, with occasional need for additional time as
monthly or other deadlines may require.
Job Responsibilities:
? Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions
? Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements
? Coordinating activities of external auditors
? Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and
implementing new processes
? Evaluating accounting and internal control systems
? Overseeing regulatory reporting including tax planning and compliance
? Hiring, training and retaining skilled accounting staff
? Participate in the monthly close and financial statement generation process, including journal
entry preparation, review, publication, and research as requested.
? Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements
? Reconcile assigned Balance Sheet accounts and propose revisions or corrections as needed.
? Enhance leadership through personal and professional development
? Other accounting related duties as assigned
? Understand store level and company processes and procedures including NCR point of sale and
NCR back office and Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting software.
Job Qualifications:
? Bachelors Degree in Accounting or another business discipline with accounting experience.
? CPA preferred
? 5 - 10 years or more general ledger experience.
? Good organizational skills.
? Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
? Ability to work with a team.
? Strong Microsoft Excel experience.
? Good written and verbal communication skills.
