Your Role: Crafting Wellness & Curating Experiences
As a Spa Customer Experience Manager, you will be the heart of our client's journey. You will be responsible for creating a seamless and memorable spa experience, from the moment they arrive to their departure. You will also use your creative skills to craft our signature wellness products, adding a personal touch to our offerings.
What You'll Do:
- Curate Exceptional Client Journeys:
- Ensure smooth session transitions, guiding clients to and from treatment rooms with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide personalized attention and anticipate client needs.
- Create a tranquil and inviting atmosphere throughout the spa.
- Artisan Wellness Product Creation:
- Craft and prepare our signature wellness products, including aromatherapy blends, scrubs, and other natural creations.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of our products.
- Maintain a clean and organized product creation area.
- Support & Collaboration:
- Assist therapists with suite turnover, ensuring pristine treatment rooms.
- Provide support to the Spa Manager with various tasks and projects.
- Assist with corporate and community events.
- Capture in spa content to share with our social media manager.
- Client Engagement & Service:
- Greet clients, offer refreshments, and answer questions.
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction.
