D&W Diesel, Inc. has a fantastic opportunity for a Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of 8 store locations. The successful candidate will have proven operations management experience and effective leadership skills. We are looking for an individual who has service or parts related experience, preferably in the truck or automotive industry and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and support all aspects of D&W store locations including customer service, inventory management and shipping & receiving.
P&L responsibilities for each branch location.
Participate in all aspects of staffing including hiring, disciplinary and performance management.
Optimize operations to be efficient and cost effective.
Ensure store locations are clean, organized and well maintained.
Uphold company culture of exceptional customer service.
Assist store managers in resolving customer disputes and warranties.
Work with sales management to support customer needs.
Create policy and training programs to ensure standard processes and best practices are in place.
Support drive-in operations for locations with on vehicle service capabilities.
Qualifications:
5 years’ experience as an operation manager or similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Effective organization skills and flexibility to balance and prioritize the needs of the stores.
Must have strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
Learn and maintain company product knowledge and on vehicle service offerings.
A technical / mechanical aptitude is preferred
This position requires 50% amount of travel based on the needs of the stores.

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $140,000 annually
