Distribution Detailer

Crawford Distribution - Detailer Job Overview: The detailer position is responsible for washing our fleet of Over-the-Road trailers. Our fleet is a rolling billboard and projects the top-notch image of Jasper Engines and Transmissions. This job requires an individual who has attention to detail, the ability to work independently and has time management skills. Schedule:•    Monday – Friday 6:30am-3:00pm•    Overtime Qualifications:•    The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.•    The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)•    The ability to use handheld tools such scraper, broom, mop, squeegee•    Standing: Frequently•    Walking: Frequently•    Sitting: Never•    Stooping (forward leaning): Frequently•    Powered Industrial Truck Training (floor scrubber and wash bot)  Salary and Benefits:•    Starting rate $19.00 based on experience•    Medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, flexible-spending accounts.•    Quarterly bonus after 6 months of employment•    Short-term and long-term disability.•    Group and Voluntary Life Insurance.•    PTO after 30 days and 10 paid holidays after 30 days.•    2 forms of retirement; 401(k) with a company match program and Employee Stock Ownership Plan•    Shares in the employee ownership stock program valued at $1,123.90 per share!•    On the job training.•    And, so much more!
