Diesel USA DepartmentJob Overview:  As a member of the Diesel USA department an associate is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping parts that are ordered from customers out of our Louisville location. This position requires reading pull sheets and placing the appropriate parts with the proper shipment.  It also requires restocking locations, building kits, re-boxing and labeling incoming parts. This is fast paced work and requires attention to detail.  Schedule:•  8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday•  Overtime availableQualifications: • The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 60lbs.• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift.• Standing:  Continuously• Walking:  Continuously• Sitting: None• Stooping (forward leaning):  Continuously• Reaching/Working Overhead:  FrequentlySalary and Benefits: • Starting rate $19.00 based on experience. • Multiple performance reviews within your first two years, which include the ability to receive multiple wage increases.• Medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, flexible-spending accounts.• PTO after 30 days and 10 paid holidays after 30 days • Quarterly bonus after 6 months of employment • Onsite Fitness Center and medical clinic• 2 forms of retirement; 401(k) with a company match program and Employee Stock Ownership Plan• Shares in the employee ownership stock program valued at $1,123.90 per share!• On the job training • And, so much more!
