Transmission POD 125 - Sub AssemblyJob Overview: The Associate in this role will check the bill of material to verify the correct parts per application, they will then install seals and bushings as well as pistons and plates into the drums. Utilizing a press install snap rings. Install the bearings and snap rings in or on gears and planets to build subassemblies. Measure clearances with dial indicator to specification.
Schedule:• Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm• OvertimeQualifications:• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)• The ability to use handheld tools such as Hammer, Screwdrivers, pick, etc.• Standing: Continuously• Walking: Occasionally• Sitting: None• Stooping (forward leaning) Occasionally• Reaching/Working Overhead: OccasionallySalary and Benefits: • Starting rate $19.00 based on experience. • Multiple performance reviews within your first two years, which include the ability to receive multiple wage increases.• Medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, flexible-spending accounts.• PTO after 30 days and 10 paid holidays after 30 days • Quarterly bonus after 6 months of employment • Onsite Fitness Center and medical clinic• 2 forms of retirement; 401(k) with a company match program and Employee Stock Ownership Plan• Shares in the employee ownership stock program valued at $1,123.90 per share!• On the job training • And, so much more!
