Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Culture Building: Inspire and mentor team members, aligning personal and professional growth with company goals.
• Operational Oversight: Streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring project excellence.
• Strategic Support: Translate high-level business goals into actionable plans and align operations with revenue targets and clear KPIs.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgets, cost estimations, and vendor relationships to ensure financial efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of leadership experience with proven success in team development and performance.
• Strong financial and project management expertise, including budgeting and risk management.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and familiarity with CRM systems; QuickBooks experience preferred.
