Senior Financial Analyst
Location:York, ME (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Overview:We are seeking an analytical, strategic Senior Financial Analyst for our private equity funded manufacturer in an rapidly growing company. You will drive financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support business decisions through strong financial modeling and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Lead budget preparation with cross-functional teams
- Apply advanced forecasting techniques including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Conduct variance analysis between actual results and projections, identifying root causes
- Analyze operations costs, sales margins, and marketing ROI
- Drive improvements in financial data systems and reporting tools
Qualifications
- 5 years of financial analysis experience with complex modeling
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Jet Analytics
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PowerPivot, complex modeling)
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and financial data integration
- Business intelligence tool proficiency (Power BI)
- Expertise in forecasting and variance analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA/CPA preferred)
