Your Role: Billing Clerk Extraordinaire
As a key member of our accounting team, you’ll help ensure seamless operations and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Own the Details: Organize and review pre-billing documentation for accuracy.
- Be the Billing Guru: Process customer invoices and drafts with speed and precision.
- Solve Problems: Respond to inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies with a customer-first mindset.
- Collaborate to Succeed: Work closely with vendors, drivers, and team members to maintain smooth operations.
