Your Role : As a Senior Interior Designer, you will : Design & Execute :

Create and present stunning, detailed design plans that reflect the unique desires of our clients. Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards.Client Engagement :

Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, offering a hospitality-inspired approach to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Actively participate in client meetings, sales discussions, and presentations.Collaboration :

Work closely with our eclectic team to merge creativity and functionality. Provide direction and input while remaining open to feedback and ideas.Sales Support :

Partner with the sales team to develop strategies that inspire confidence and excitement in our clients, ultimately helping to increase project conversions.Adaptability :

Jump in wherever needed, whether it's sketching concepts, coordinating with vendors, or solving challenges in real-time.Leadership :

Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.5 years of experience in high-end residential design and project management.Expertise in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite).Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction processes.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality.Experience in client-facing roles with a hospitality-inspired approach.
