Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative E-Commerce Product Content Coordinator to help grow our online store. This role is responsible for writing, editing, and managing engaging, accurate product descriptions for board games, RPGs, miniatures, trading card games, and accessories. You’ll work closely with the retail team to ensure each product shines with personality and clarity for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and upload clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly product descriptions to our e-commerce platform
- Maintain existing listings with product information
- Research games and gaming accessories to ensure accurate descriptions and features
- Maintain compliance with publisher MAP policies and online selling policies
- Coordinate with the in-store team for product photos, stock info, and promotions
- Occasionally assist with creating collection pages, tags, and categories to improve browsing experience
Qualifications:
- Strong writing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail
- Familiarity with board games, tabletop RPGs, and gaming culture preferred
- Experience with Shopify and Amazon e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Creative mindset and interest in helping a small business grow
Bonus Skills:
- Basic photo editing or graphic design
- SEO or digital marketing experience
- Knowledge of product photography
Job Type: Part-time
