What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist - Medspa position at Javan Wellness?
We are seeking an enthusiastic front desk receptionist with a great attitude and flexible work schedule. Our Front Desk Receptionist is primarily focused on ensuring the best client experience.
Experience working in a medspa, day spa, or plastic surgery/dermatology office is desirable. Knowledge of common aesthetic and wellness treatments is required.
The following general duties will be performed:
· Greet and assist patients and visitors, discuss and sell services through various mediums, including online, by phone, or in person; maximize Medspa bookings and accommodate the guest experience.
· Assist providers with appointment bookings, follow-ups & administrative tasks
· Handle patient files as needed. (ex. Consent form management)
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk and general areas of the practice. Including restocking of retail products and inventory management. Ensure the practice is presentable and inform management of any issues which need to be handled.
· Be the concierge of the practice both in person, telephonically, and online.
· Perform tasks as indicated in opening and closing duties.
· Assist with promotions and marketing, including social media posts and affiliated tasks
