Job Description
Javelin Utility Services Inc. is searching for an Underground Equipment Operator to join us in our Springfield, Oregon office. We are looking for individuals who are hard-working, reliable, good communicators, and dedicated to working in a team environment to ensure team safety for construction sites. Underground Equipment Operators will operate machinery (tractor and bush log) to maintain undeveloped land. Must have previous experience operating heavy equipment, including tractors, excavators, asphalt rollers, skid steers, etc. with the ability to drive a truck and trailer. Proper record keeping for assigned equipment is essential.
Required Qualifications:
- CDL Required
- Minimum of a High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience operating a tractor, bush hog, and truck/trailer
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Be able to routinely lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Mist be able to withstand extreme weather conditions (heat and cold)
- Knowledge of policies and procedures, OSHA safety rules and regulations, safety standards, and federal and state safety laws and regulations.

- Be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Must pass U/A Test (urinalysis)
