Job description:

Here, you will make an impact by:
- Partnering with Finance, Product Management, Development, Implementations, Consulting, Support, Operations, Quality, Program Management and Security to help define and analyze business metric needs and to secure access to a variety of internal systems.
- Developing PowerBI dashboards and reports that are well organized, quality UI and makes needed actions visible and obvious.
- Providing quality documentation around business requirements, dashboard and reporting designs, and stakeholder feedback.
- Validating that PowerBI dashboards and reports meet the expectations of stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Sharing PowerBI knowledge with peers.
Your Skills and Expertise
- To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree or higher from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
OR
- High School Diploma/GED or higher from a (completed and verified prior to start)
- Intermediate to advanced skill level in data visualization design and development tools in large, diverse organizations
- Solid PowerBI design and development skills
- Experience creating PowerBI queries in PowerQuery for data transformation & preparation
- Knowledge of DAX for creating customer calculations
- Ability to build APIs, pull data sources such as MS SQL, Excel, CSV, JIRA, various commercial databases
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights
- Experience creating queries in PowerBi, including with the PowerQuery editor and in Advanced Editor
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to design PowerBI user interfaces that are visually appealing and informative at-a-glance
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Self-motivated and able to meet agreed-to timelines
- Good people skills

Experience troubleshooting issues
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
