Responsibilities
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
Policy Information: Provide detailed information on insurance policies, benefits, and coverages.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Schedule cross sell opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

Requirements
Licensing: Active California Property & Casualty License is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar customer service role is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer interaction. ( THIS IS A MUST).
Customer Service Orientation: A genuine commitment to exceeding client expectations and providing exceptional service.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to customer inquiries and challenges.

Salary : $35,000 - $75,000
