To be considered for this Associate Attorney position, you must have at least one year of experience in the Creditors' Rights or Collection fields and be licensed to practice law in West Virginia. You should also possess strong investigative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) is required, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred. You will be responsible for managing case files, formulating next courses of action, and representing the firm and its clients at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances. Occasional travel is required.
