The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in the Creditors' Rights or Collection fields and be licensed to practice law in West Virginia. They should possess strong investigative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include managing case files, formulating next courses of action, and representing the firm and its clients at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances. Occasional travel is required.
