Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team in West Virginia. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for managing case files, formulating next steps, and representing the firm and its clients in court appearances. Travel may be required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Creditors' Rights or Collection fields
- Familiarity with fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Excellent investigative skills
- Able to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Education/Training/Experience:
- Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)
- WV license required
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
