Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join our West Virginia team. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for managing case files, formulating next steps, and representing the firm and its clients in court appearances.
Responsibilities:
- Manage case files to formulate next course of action
- Represent the firm and its clients in pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances
- Travel as required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Creditors' Rights or Collection fields
- Familiarity with fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Excellent investigative skills
- Able to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
