What You'll Do:
- Lead & Clean: You'll not only help keep our contract site clean, but also supervise one staff member, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Take Charge: Organize tasks, assign duties, and ensure quality work gets done, all while keeping a close eye on the details.
- Stay Connected: Communicate with management about supplies, staffing needs, and any issues. You’ll also work with our vocational partners to help staff succeed.
- Hands-On Leadership: Demonstrate, coach, and motivate your team to reach their best potential. Your leadership makes a real difference here!
- Safety First: Make sure everyone follows safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable Transportation
- Leadership Skills: If you’ve supervised others before, that’s a plus!
- Availability: Monday through Friday, 5:00pm - 8:00pm.

High School diploma or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
This job is a 40 hour work week, Monday- Friday
Salary : $22 - $24
