Job Summary:
The Fast Food Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple fast food restaurant locations, ensuring they meet financial, operational, and customer service goals. This role focuses on managing and leading restaurant managers to achieve success through strategic planning, employee development, and effective execution of company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations at multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in food quality, service, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor restaurant managers, providing guidance, training, and support to develop their leadership skills and ensure optimal performance across all locations.
Financial Management: Monitor financial performance for each location, including revenue, expenses, labor costs, and profitability. Develop action plans to address underperforming areas and drive revenue growth.
Customer Experience: Ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered consistently across all locations. Address customer feedback and resolve issues as needed.
Compliance: Ensure all locations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards, labor laws, and company policies.
Hiring and Staffing: Work with restaurant managers to recruit, hire, and train employees. Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage employee retention.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring that all locations maintain proper stock levels, minimize waste, and operate efficiently.
Performance Analysis: Regularly review performance reports and metrics for each location to assess strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local and regional marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
Crisis Management: Handle operational crises, emergencies, or any issues that arise in day-to-day restaurant management, ensuring swift resolution.
Qualifications:
Preferred Serve Safe Certification
Proven experience as a multi-unit manager or similar role in the fast food or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Can do Attitude, Scrappy, Hands on
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and forecasting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Proficiency with restaurant management software and reporting tools.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
