Line Cooks are responsible for preparing delicious food with craft and intention; in addition to other heart of house duties (prep, set-up, safety, cleaning, breakdown) and assisting the Chefs and the HOH team, our kitchen crew provides remarkable guest experiences! We have the highest standards of quality, consistency, flavor, plating and are the front lines of guaranteeing flat out deliciousness. Candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable and comfortable in a kitchen, working with hot equipment, knives, slicers, etc. That you? Let's GO!
