Responsibilities
Essential Duties
- Supervising and coordinating daily operations to maintain a smooth workflow
- Leading, training, and mentoring crew members to ensure top performance and teamwork
- Ensuring all vehicles receive a high-quality wash and excellent customer service
- Monitoring equipment functionality and reporting maintenance needs
- Enforcing safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Supporting site leadership in tracking performance and implementing operational improvements
- Assisting customers with questions and concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Leading by example through hands-on work and proactive problem-solving
- Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or a college degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in management, retail, or customer service leadership is preferred
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with inventory control, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Ability to follow and enforce safety regulations and operational procedures
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, walk, and actively manage operations throughout the shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally
- Compliance with all safety protocols and uniform requirements
