Sales Representative – On-Site Sales and Customer Management
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage on-site customer interactions, provide project estimates, ensure clear communication between teams, and oversee payment collection. This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to deliver exceptional results and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
- Conduct on-site visits to meet with customers, understand their needs, andassess project requirements.
- Perform site walkthroughs, gather all relevant details, and align customerexpectations with deliverable outcomes.
- Deliver professional presentations to explain proposals and close sales.
- Proposal Creation
- Prepare accurate and detailed proposals on-site for customer review.
- Walk customers through project plans, address any concerns, and secureapprovals.
- Site Documentation
- Document project specifics, including measurements and unique requirements.
- Mark project details clearly on-site for efficient installation and materialpreparation.
- Payment Collection
- Collect deposits and final payments from customers.
- Meet with installers to collect payments and ensure timely deposits.
- Accurately update payment records and ensure proper documentation.
- Project Coordination
- Act as a liaison between customers, installers, and the internal team to ensuresmooth project execution.
- Address any on-site issues or questions, and provide solutions promptly.
- Communicate adjustments or additional needs to the appropriate team members.
- Follow-Up Management
- Manage follow-ups to close pending deals, secure payments, and addresscustomer concerns.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to build lasting relationships.
- Performance Reporting
- Track and report sales progress, payment collections, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and share insights with the team.
