Jax Tree Removal is a tree removal company that services Duval, St Johns, Clay and Nassau counties in Jacksonville Florida. Our services include aerial lift, climbing, and grapplesaw crane tree removals, tree trimming, stump grinding, storm cleanup, and land clearing. Jax Tree Removal currently has a full time Tree Estimator / Salesperson position available in our Jacksonville Florida location for an individual with a strong work ethic who is able to work independently, enjoys learning new skills, and likes working for a respected company. Job description and responsibilities;

The ideal candidate must:

• Estimate, price and sell commercial, residential tree removal and land clearing work.

• Meet all sales objectives.

• Have excellent communication, organizational and math skills, be able to proficiently use email, relevant programs and technology.

• Have an excellent understanding of company equipment dimensions and specifications and limitations.

• Maintain a clean, neat appearance whilst working.

• Receive your appointment schedule each day through our technology, travel to customers’ properties across the Greater Jacksonville Area. At the property, meet with the customers to discuss what work they would like to have completed and conduct a site evaluation for time, equipment and personnel requirements. Prepare estimates to be sent to our Clients for their approval via our programs.

• Receive leads from any source including phone calls, input Clients information into software, schedule appointments.

• Assist with scheduling jobs according to size and anticipated duration.

• Coordinate with office staff and tree crews to ensure jobs are completed properly and safely.

• Act as liaison between our tree crews and customers.

• Assist with day to day Operations.

• Have a driver’s license with a clean driving record, pass a background check and random drug testing.

• Be an ISA Certified Arborist preferred.

• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and estimating in the tree service industry, would have 5 years experience with tree removal work.

• Have common-sense, be a team player, follow instructions, work independently and is highly trainable.

Remuneration

• Base salary $65K plus monthly and yearly bonuses, total compensation range $100K - $150K

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
