Role Description

As a Full-time Sales Stylist, you will be responsible for supporting the store management team regarding the floor operations at Jaxen Grey.  You will be part of a talented team of managers and sales stylists working towards individual, team, and company-wide goals. You will be responsible for bringing the Jaxen Grey mission, vision, and culture to life within our retail stores. 

You will work with and report to the Store Manager and ASM to ensure all customers and store needs are met and maintained. Your main objective will be directly helping customers and assisting Sales Stylists on the floor, opening and closing the store, daily operations, creating and maintaining an efficient and enjoyable retail environment for all.

Daily Responsibilities

• Actively sell to customers while leading and supporting Sales Stylists.
• Coordinate staff to achieve sales, service, and customer satisfaction goals through prompt, knowledgeable, and engaging service.
• Support recruiting efforts to build a talented team that thrives within Jaxen Grey’s culture.
• In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, full-time Sales Stylists help coach and lead the styling floor and team.
• When Store and Assistant Managers are unavailable, full-time Sales Stylists also oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, alterations, break schedules, inventory management, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to build client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and ability to manage appointments effectively
• Creative vision and understanding of visual merchandising
• Passion for fashion and staying current with industry trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Previous experience in a retail environment, personal styling and fashion is a plus
