Who we’re looking for:
We are currently seeking a Seasonal Services Crew Leader. This full-time role is perfect for someone who has prior experience in landscaping and is eager to lead a team in providing high-quality seasonal services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in performing seasonal services such as:
- Spring & Fall Cleanups
- Dethatching
- Bed Weeding & Edging
- Mulch Installation
- Pruning
- Lawn Renovations
- Aerations
Qualifications:
- Prior landscaping experience is required, with 2-3 years of experience preferred
- Experience in supervising/leading a team preferred
- Positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Love of the outdoors
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times a day
- Walk up to 10 miles per day, often on uneven terrain
- Bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions
Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from $25.00-$30.00 per hour. Overtime is regularly available.
