Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist Jay Honda

Job Summary:
The Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist at Jay Auto Honda works to provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all incoming visitors and callers. This position plays a vital role in contributing to the overall success of the dealership by ensuring that all customers have a positive experience. The individual in this role will handle cashier transactions, answer phone calls, and assist with administrative tasks as needed. This is a part-time, hourly position in the auto industry located in Bedford, Ohio. The hours needed are 5-8pm Monday &Thursday and 9-6pm Saturday.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or employee
• Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized reception and cashier area
• Adhere to all company and industry policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or cash handling preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
