Job Description
Jay Cee Solutions is hiring a Site Supervisor for our VA janitorial contract. The role involves overseeing multiple off-site cleaning crews across federal buildings and ensuring contract compliance with VA standards and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a janitorial crew across 5 locations
- Prepare daily shift schedules and conduct onsite inspections
- Ensure cleaning tasks meet VA and OSHA quality standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the government Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
- Track inventory, equipment, and work orders
- Maintain personnel logs and incident reports
- Report weekly status updates to contract leadership
Requirements
- 3 years of supervisory janitorial/facilities experience
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety procedures
- Must pass a federal security clearance
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Reliable transportation between sites required
Preferred
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Prior VA, DoD, or healthcare facility janitorial experience
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Military veteran status strongly encouraged
