Manage and coordinate schedules for our field crew and clients. In this position, you will be responsible for daily professional quality communication with our client contacts and your team members, and managers.

Every week our team visits hundreds of jobsites across Maryland, Virginia, DC, and Delaware in order to verify compliance with above-code building certification programs including: ENERGY STAR for Homes, Zero Energy Ready Homes, LEED for Homes, Passive House (PHIUS), and others.
JHA is a nationally-recognized, local engineering consulting firm serving projects in MD, DC, PA, VA, and DE. We are looking to immediately hire one person for a full-time, remote position. You will need a home office space (we provide equipment and supplies)
Key responsibilities include:
- Must be available by phone, text, or email throughout the day.
- Confirm scheduled tasks: texting, emailing construction managers and others
- Coordinating with client contacts and team members.
- Back up and support of other team members in case of staff shortages or peak times of year.
- Collaborate timely with managers, team members, client contacts to identify issues.
- Assist with daily data management, and reporting to clients.

Software Experience:
- Proficient with Excel, DropBox, Adobe Acrobat
- Trello scheduling system - experience preferred but will train
- SupplyPro construction scheduling – experience preferred but will train
