What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse General Laborer - Seasonal position at Jay-Mar, Inc.?
Jay-Mar Inc., an agricultural supply company, seeks a full time seasonal warehouse laborer. Candidates for this position must be attentive to detail, reliable, conscientious, a self starter, and also should have strong organizational skills. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, bagging seed, assisting the warehouse manager with warehouse inventory and organization, loading and unloading trucks, also helping any part of our Jay-Mar divisions. Candidates for this position need to be capable of lifting 50# regularly and 75# occasionally. Forklift experience or knowledge of operating equipment is a plus. This position requires daily contact with customers and the general public. Therefore, applicants must provide a pleasant, helpful customer experience. Seasonal employees are eligible for our bonus program and incentives at the end of the season, should their performance be satisfactory. Expected hours: 38 – 48 per week
