Position Summary: As the Clinical Director, you will oversee all clinical operations, develop individualized treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, provide supervision, and maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards. You will be the leader of our clinical team, responsible for both client outcomes and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments and functional behavior analyses.
- Conduct regular clinical reviews and data analysis to monitor client progress.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to the Nurse Practitioner, Dietician, and Intake Team.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to coordinate treatment.
- Recruit, hire, and train new clinical staff.
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and HIPAA standards.
- Monitor billing and service delivery for accuracy and compliance.
- Stay current with research and best practices in ABA.
- Lead clinical training sessions and staff meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Significant experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English & another language) preferred but not required.
