**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Storm Crew Laborer to join our maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will assist the Lead Laborer in day-to-day duties and ensure the timely completion of miscellaneous projects and tasks.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Operate gas-powered equipment such as weedwhackers, push mowers, and snow shovels on a daily basis.
- Shovel snow to clear walkways, trash can areas, propane tanks, and other critical areas.
- Mow lawns around commercial and residential buildings, stormwater ponds, road sides, and ditches.
- Clean gutters up to 40' high off a ladder and ensure they are free of debris and working properly.
- Collect rubbish throughout resort properties.
- Perform general setup and miscellaneous projects around the resort, including the Ice Haus, Waterpark, Soccer Fields, Amphitheater, and on-mountain work.
- Display an ability to work in various resort settings within a team and take direction from supervisory teams.
**Special Qualifications/Requirements**
- Ability to work varying hours, including nights and weekends during the winter season, and some overtime may be required.
- Effective communication skills to provide resort directions and answer questions from guests.
- Self-motivation with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to operate and set up electric and gas-powered water pumps, 250lb compactors, hammer drills, hay mulchers, spade shovels, landscaping rakes, and sledgehammers.
