JBS is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individuals who work well in teams & on their own. The account executive is responsible for selling in protected territories and managing a current customer list, as well as, generating new business. Account executives must be devoted to providing excellent customer satisfaction at the same time growing professionally, as well as, within JBS. The sales professional analyses customer costs associated with their document's life cycle and lowering cost with how companies manage their documents.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and conducting outreach.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on account performance.
- Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to our offerings.
