What will you be doing? M anaging daily scheduling operations, ensuring that all jobs are prepared for installation. Key responsibilities include creating department job files, addressing customer scheduling concerns, coordinating subcontractors and inspections, and facilitating communication between installers, field supervisors, customers, vendors, and the office. Additionally, the coordinator will assist the sales and installation teams by securing and reporting leads, educating clients on products and services, scheduling sales appointments, and supporting the sales closing process. This role acts as a liaison between the customer and the company, ensuring that customer needs are met and maintaining clear, effective communication across all departments.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

  • Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 2 years administrative experience
  • Purchasing or scheduling experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent (minimum)
  • HVAC or related industry experience a plus
  • Advanced communication skills; written and verbal
  • Knowledge of dispatching software preferred
  • Prioritization and organizational skills
  • Works successfully in a fast paced environment
  • Geographical knowledge of service area and map reading skill
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Web-Based Software Navigation
  • The ability to maintain real-time communication with dispatch and your manager
