What are the responsibilities and job description for the B2B Administrative Assistant position at Jay's & Summit Ace Hardware?
GENERAL SUMMARY
Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining the department files system, creating correspondence and running and preparing reports or documents. Working with the B2B team and Marketing Specialist in planning events, planning meetings, taking business phone calls, coordinating schedules, preparing invoices, preparing communications such as emails and other correspondences.
BENEFITS:
Team Members who work an average of 30 - 36 hours per week and have successfully completed six months of employment with the company will receive 20 hours of vacation per calendar year. Team Members who work an average of 30 hours per week or more also may receive two paid holidays (dependent on if the holiday falls on a Sunday) throughout the calendar year.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
File for warranty for sold water heaters and appliances.
Enter in B2B ?Cash or Charge? applications, as needed.
Run a monthly viewer in customer maintenance, called Here?s the Money, and collect on accounts that are 60 or greater days past due.
Answer phone calls or emails regarding accounts receivable, as needed.
Allow Universal Charge Accounts login to log payments and finance charges
Send UCA reports in
On Tuesday morning, the RFR needs to be emailed to Universal.
Email B2B performance reports to B2B staff, CEO, DBO, DRO, DM
Bill out tickets to customers as they are received from the B2B team.
Reply to sender with email of billed out ticket.
Handling office mail
1st workday of the month- Email Ofelia@bobocpa.com and hiram@bobocpa.com sales tax
