Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the front-of-house team, including training and mentoring staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Scheduling of all front-of-house staff.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen management to coordinate catering services and menu planning.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain POS systems for accurate order processing and payment handling.
- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
- Weekly monitoring and ordering of beer, wine and liquor.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff.
- Creative input for seasonal cocktail recipes and ideas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff through effective training programs.

- Familiarity with catering operations is a plus.
- Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.
