- SEO Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to perform keyword research, on-page optimization (e.g., meta tags, content optimization), and link-building strategies using tools like Google Analytics,
Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- PPC Expertise: Proven experience creating and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns on Google Ads, including setting budgets, writing ad copy, targeting keywords, and improving Quality Score to
maximize ROI.
- Lead Generation Platforms: Familiarity with managing profiles and generating leads through third-party platforms such as Angie’s List, HomeAdvisor, HomeBuddy, or similar home services
marketplaces.
- Lead Source Tracking: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or analytics platforms to track and analyze lead origins, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data (e.g., cost-per-lead, click-through rates, conversion rates) and adjust strategies to improve funnel efficiency.
2. Technical Requirements
- Tool Proficiency:
- Google Ads and Google Analytics (required).
- SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs (preferred).

- Core Leads: Integrate and evaluate leads from Core Leads or similar internal systems, ensuring alignment with overall funnel goals.

5. Qualifications

- Certifications (Preferred):
