Purpose : This position exists to design and create assets for internal and external use with the primary focus to create and edit floor plan renderings and plot maps.
Essential Functions
- Design assets aligned with projects and brand strategies that are on brand and assist in the completion of print, digital and web projects.
- Create and edit floor plan renderings and plot maps utilizing CorelDRAW and editing product photography.
- Design RV show plot maps collaborating with internal team for successful layout, unit & show details and communications with dealers.
- Edit product photos including, but not limited to, composites, isolation, and color correction.
- Create assets which may include : POP, literature, sell sheets, flyers, print ads, digital ads and social media assets to support the marketing team.
Experience / Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, commercial and advertising art or multimedia design preferred.Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience. RV industry experience is preferred.Must demonstrate proficiency with Adobe CC programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), CorelDRAW and Microsoft Office software.Knowledgeable in utilizing project management software.Technical illustration experience needed in order to create product cutaways.Understand and maintain industry design trends and best practices.
Necessary Skills & Abilities Ability to bring innovative and creative ideas to each project.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and meeting project timelines is critical.Must have a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.Requires ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions along with ability to interpret technical information.Must display professionalism and flexibility in all interactions and the ability to maintain a positive attitude through periods of adversity and disagreement.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the Marketing team to support multiple brands.Must comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
