What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Developer / Analyst - Dynamics AX position at Jayco?
This position exists to convert functional requirements into applications using .NET, C#, X and other programming languages to execute tasks related to development, testing and delivery of customizations in Dynamics AX (using X ) and integrations with other enterprise systems.
Essential Functions
- Learn / understand Jayco Dynamics AX 2012 R3 development environment.
- Design, code and test Dynamics AX customizations to meet the requirements specified in functional requirement documents.
- Document all code design for end users and technical personnel.
- Utilize code management for source control.
- Performance tuning and optimization using native or 3rd party monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within AX or other systems.
- Identify and resolve database problems related to custom code.
- Support multiple applications connecting to SQL Server.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Work Requirements
This position may require sitting, standing and working in front of a computer monitor in an office setting approximately 95% of the day.
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
This position is a full-time position, which may require some flexibility in hours and days worked (including Saturdays,as needed).
Work location : this position will routinely require the employee to work from the Jayco corporate offices located in Middlebury, IN. This is not a remote opportunity.
