What are the responsibilities and job description for the Zookeeper position at Jayell Ranch?
We are looking for a new team member for our Exotic Animal Encounter. We have over 200 birds, a capuchin monkey, three baby kangaroos, and tortoises. Our zookeepers also look after sheep, goats, chickens, and more. We do milking demos for our guests and give them the opportunity to be hands on with the ranch life. We have big plans for our Exotic Animal Encounter and are looking for a dependable person willing to learn new things so experience is a plus but not a must. You must be able to lift 50 pounds, be customer service oriented and love working with animals!
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
