Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong project leadership abilities and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in project management tools such as Trello and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Utilize business process modeling and process mapping techniques to enhance project efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and stakeholders to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues affecting project progress and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management with a strong focus on IT infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Trello and ServiceNow.
• Strong skills in business process modeling and process mapping methodologies.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts effectively.
• Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis for problem-solving within projects.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members toward achieving common goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $80,411.00 - $85,023.00 per year
