Project Manager – Underground Wet Utilities

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee underground wet utility projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing the installation and maintenance of sewer systems, storm drains, water distribution systems, and other related utilities, ensuring all work aligns with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of underground wet utility projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and quality control
- Develop and manage change orders and cost estimates
- Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
- Interpret and analyze construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Identify and resolve project-related issues through strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ensure all safety regulations and standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in underground utility construction (water, sewer, storm drains, JT, Electrical)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Expertise in change order processing and cost estimating
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 5 years of experience managing underground utility projects
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
