Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated, social media-savvy assistant to support our growing roster of clients with day-to-day social media management tasks. You’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, scheduling and publishing content, engaging with audiences, and helping our team stay on top of trends.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in short-form content creation or a strong passion for storytelling and digital media. If you love scrolling TikTok and Instagram Reels, spotting viral trends before they blow up, and creating compelling content that gets people talking—this job is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Manage multiple client accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor posts using social media management tools.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster engagement.
- Set up and optimize social media accounts for new clients.
Content & Trend Spotting:
- Stay ahead of social media trends, viral sounds, and platform updates.
- Suggest relevant content ideas for clients based on trending formats.
- Assist with short-form video content creation (capturing, editing, or advising).
Brand Storytelling & Writing:
- Write engaging captions, community posts, and brand messaging that align with each client’s voice.
- Assist with email communication (client updates, content approvals, outreach).
- Provide creative input for content strategy and campaign planning.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Social Media Expert – Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
✅ Content Creation Enthusiast – Experience with short-form video content or a strong passion for digital storytelling.
✅ Great Communicator – Strong writing skills for captions, emails, and brand messaging.
✅ Trend Spotter – Ability to identify viral content before it takes off and apply it to our clients.
✅ Detail-Oriented – Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
✅ Proactive & Adaptable – Can work independently, take initiative, and adjust to fast-moving projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or other content editing tools.
- Prior experience in social media management, marketing, or digital content creation.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Background in journalism, communications, digital media, or marketing is a plus.
