Job Responsibilities:

• Design and customize specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting referrals and new services for current guests.
• Utilizes other approved modalities, in accordance with applicable law.
• Communicates various promotions to clients.
• Generate new clients by promoting yourself/ & Spa via social media, ads, flyers, etc.
• Follows all practice policies and protocols.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of the therapy rooms and common areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned and needed.
• Be a great team-player who shows up on time ready to jump in whatever job needs to be done.

Job Requirements:

• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 years work experience.
• Must have and adhere to all current licensing laws and regulations. Including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current licensure. Copy of License (Required) at interview.
• Must carry liability insurance, must provide a copy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Knowledge of body treatments, massage and facials required.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Full Body Waxing, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, LED Light Therapy, Airbrush Makeup, Aromatherapy, Wraps, Lash Extensions, Lash and Brow Tinting, Cupping, Hot Stones, Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Chair massage, Sweddish and Deep tissue massage, etc), but not required.
• Utilizes all approved modalities, in accordance with applicable law.
• Performs professional quality services, within scope of practice and licensing.
• Knowledge Infection Control.
• Knowledge of Soap notes
• Satisfactory results of background and reference check is a condition of employment in this position.
• Must provide proof of US employment eligibility
