Eyelash Specialist - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Duties:
- Apply eyelash extensions to clients using various techniques
- Provide consultations to clients to determine their desired look
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Eyelash Specialist
- Proficient in applying different types of eyelash extensions
- Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to upsell products and services
- Additional experience in any of the following areas is a bonus to help increase your income:
- Facials
- Chemical peel
- Microdermabrasion
- Lash Lift & Tint
- Brow Laminations
- Body Waxing

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and customize specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting referrals and new services for current guests.
• Utilizes other approved modalities, in accordance with applicable law.
• Communicates various promotions to clients.
• Follows all practice policies and protocols.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of the therapy rooms and common areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Be a great team-player who shows up on time ready to jump in whatever job needs to be done.

Job Requirements:

• Must have and adhere to all current licensing laws and regulations. Including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current. License (Required)
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Must perform Lash Extension on clients.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Sugaring, Additional Waxing services, Chemical Peels, Micro-dermabrasion, LED Light Therapy, Airbrush Makeup, Aromatherapy, Wraps, Lash Extensions, Lash and Brow Tinting etc), but not required.
• Utilizes all approved modalities, in accordance with applicable law.
• Performs professional quality services, within scope of practice and licensing.
• Knowledge Infection Control.
• Knowledge of Soap notes
• Satisfactory results of background and reference check is a condition of employment in this position.
• Must provide proof of US employment eligibility
