Job Description
We are looking for a patient-inspired, passionate, and experienced Neurology Account Manager who is committed to our mission of transforming the lives of patients with unmet needs. The successful candidate will possess a high level of clinical aptitude and authentic empathy for patients and caregivers, as well as a proven track record of driving business growth through strong relationships and effective promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local market plans at the territory level.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of key sales enablers in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and epilepsy centers within local markets.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform strategic business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university or college.
- Minimum 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience, preferably in specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Successful product launch experience with a documented track record of exceeding goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively analyze data and integrate into strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally.
