About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Clinical Development, to join our team in the Hematology/Oncology Therapeutic Area. As a key member of our clinical development team, you will provide leadership and medical input for global clinical programs, protocols, trials, and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on clinical development plans and protocols to support new and existing programs
- Lead medical monitoring, scientific oversight, interpretation, and dissemination of clinical trial data
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the execution of quality clinical trials and programs
- Represent clinical development in matrix teams and build external relationships with collaborators and investigators
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Hematology/Oncology global clinical development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of GCP, Drug Safety, MedDRA safety coding, and Pharmacovigilance processes
- Values-based leadership evident in personal interactions at all levels of the company
