Job Summary:

As an Oncology Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting Jazz Pharmaceuticals' products and developing business relationships with therapeutic specialists within an assigned geographical territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management: Possess strong sales analytics capabilities, understand prescribing and purchasing decision processes, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of internal and external customer business models.
Strategic Planning: Define clear objectives, develop tailored strategies, determine resources required, and continuously review and adjust the strategic account plan based on activities, feedback, and changing market conditions.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Maintain an enterprise mindset, cross-functional thinking, and effectively leverage partnerships with marketing, medical affairs, and market access to advance Business Unit and organizational interests.
Selling Effectiveness: Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Adult Oncology products, institute a network-selling mindset, stay abreast of industry trends, and communicate product differentiation and value proposition.
Product and Scientific Knowledge: Educate physicians and healthcare professionals about Jazz Pharmaceuticals' product(s), provide current information about approved indications, and respond to customers' questions about other approved products/therapies.
Execution: Participate in organizing and facilitating meetings, represent the company at conferences, utilize CRM tools, present a positive image, and comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Education: Four-year college/university degree
Experience: Experience in Oncology, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to meet territorial travel requirements
Preferred Experience: Post-graduate business school study, training, minimum of 5 years in the oncology market, strong clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge of product(s), and key account management experience
Physical Demands:
Frequent travel between meeting sites
Frequently operating a computer, printer, telephone, and other similar office machinery
Frequent interactions with external contacts in their office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, fumes, vibrations, and temperature changes
Frequent computer laptop or tablet use, not usually at a workstation
